Have you forgotten your innate creativity? Are you a creative who just needs a chance to play? Join me for a fun morning as we set our intention of hope and create a unique, self-directed collage! During this 2-hour workshop, I will guide you through embodiment exercises, a segment of using music to invoke emotions and expression through mark-making, followed by creating in community. The focus would be to experience reconnection with your inner creator and feel the joy of being in flow. Let this collage be a representation of something that you feel hope for, a reminder that hope persists, or just a visualization of what hope means to you. I can’t wait to see you there as you let loose, have fun, and create beauty!
About Ida Bova
I hail from the heart of the Ottawa Valley from a family of creatives and artists. I am a self-taught artist who has always taken delight in art and the creative process. As a child, I could always be found crafting up a new contraption, covered in paint, or somewhere in the woods letting my imagination run wild. In the last 4 years, I have spent more time reconnecting with my creative self and launching my artistic career. The amount of healing capacity and elation that reconnecting with my inner creator has brought to me is something I feel very passionately about bringing to others. My intention with all my creative endeavours is to spark joy, fun, and play without the pressure of perfection.
