Letters From the Divine: The Art of Spontaneous Letter Writing

  • Monday, August 25th
  • 7 pm - 9 pm
  • 4596 Carp Rd. Carp

What if the words you long to hear are already waiting within you? Come and discover a gentle, powerful practice of writing to yourself with trust, love and acceptance as your guide. Step into a sanctuary for the tender spark of ideas and explore...

  • Letting go of negative self talk and fears that hold us back from our powerful inner guidance.
  • Trusting ourselves, our pens and the truth that flows to us and through us.
  • Listening to our inner voice and welcoming the guidance that has always been ours.
  • Accepting what is, what comes, and remembering the boundless wisdom we have always carried.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or the simple joy of reconnecting with yourself, this practice will meet you where you are. All are welcome. No writing experience necessary, only a willingness to remember and reclaim the unconditional love that lies within us all.

Please bring your favourite pen that feels good in your hand and a beautiful journal, notebook, or writing paper that inspires joy. Bring a saying, quote, poem or piece of music that stirs your heart.

About Jennifer Lea Laale

For 25 years, I have walked the path of an Improv Team-building Facilitator, weaving the art of spontaneity into the hearts of those who seek to unlock their inner knowing. I guide individuals, organizations, and teams to trust the present and themselves, to embrace the unexpected, and to find their most authentic selves in the ever changing now. As a Practice Champion, I hold a deep love for the art of practice itself. Through my Walking the Path off Practice workshops and one-on-one sessions, I inspire others to see practice not as a chore, but as a gateway, a bridge between their dreams, their daily lives, and their deeper purpose. In all my work, I invite others into this alchemy of play and creativity, where spontaneity and structure entwine, where discipline and delight walk hand in hand.
